Refund policy

If for any reason you are not quite satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return your order within 14 days of purchase. We just ask that all products are unworn, in new condition with swing tags attached, and any packaging included. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To Start a Return

You can contact us at Orders@madmike.co.nz to request a return. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Mad Mike Motorsport, 20 Hampton Downs Road, Te Kauwhata, WKO, 3782, New Zealand. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Mad Mike Motorsport will not be held liable for lost in transit parcels being returned.

Faulty Items

If your purchase is faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to find a remedy within a reasonable time frame.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All items purchased on sale or on promotion are a final sale, other than those that fall within our obligations under the Consumers Guarantees Act. 


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
